You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for an unwanted or unsuitable item.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We do not provide return shipping labels.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Customers within the European Union should also review the "EU Right of Withdrawal" section below, which provides additional statutory consumer rights.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee where goods are refused upon delivery in the destination country.

Any applicable restocking fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be deducted from your refund amount. Customers will be notified of any applicable fee before a refund or exchange is processed.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and approved. Approved exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 working days of receipt.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must send
the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the
date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct
cost of returning the goods.

You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical retail store to
determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

When returning goods, we ask that items are returned in a clean and resaleable
condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging and accessories included
wherever possible. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or show
signs of excessive wear or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect
them.

Where returned goods are missing original tags, labels, packaging or accessories, or
show signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, washing, or other use beyond what
would reasonably be permitted in a retail environment, we reserve the right to
refuse the return or reduce the refund accordingly, where permitted by
applicable law.

Where a valid withdrawal request has been made, we will reimburse all payments received for the goods purchased, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.

 We will process your refund once the returned goods have been received and inspected to confirm they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
• Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
